Refund and Returns Policy


Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after delivery the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service to make sure you send the package to the right address.

For returns, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

The following items are not eligible for return: perishable goods, such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines; intimate apparel or hygiene products; hazardous materials; flammable liquids or gases.

Other non-refundable items:

Gift cards
can be used to download software products and
some health and personal care items.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return the purchased goods to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only a partial refund may be available:

Books showing obvious signs of use
, opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records.
Any items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts will not be accepted for return or exchange unless the damage or missing parts are due to our fault.
Items returned more than 30 days after receipt will not be eligible for return.
Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also inform you whether your refund request has been approved.

If your application is approved, we will process your refund and automatically return the funds to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Refund delays or omissions

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; the refund may take some time to be credited to your account.

Next, please contact your bank. Refunds typically take some processing time to arrive.

Special offer items

Only full-price items are refundable; discounted items are not refundable.

Exchange

We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need a replacement of the same item, please email {yuanxisheng2885@gmail.com}.

Gift

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate equal to the refund amount. We will mail the gift certificate to you upon receiving the returned item.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the giver sent the order to themselves to deliver it to you later, we will refund the giver and they will be informed of your return.

For returns, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery time for the replacement product may vary depending on your location.

If you are returning valuable items, we recommend using a trackable logistics service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
